Without your position and role in your birth family ?
Every identity and role that we stick to, binds our energy, limits us to what we think we deserve and covers up our true self. With all these identities wrapped around us, we won't have the courage to choose what we really want!
And do not worry, harmonising yourself with your work, it is only transformed, what does not belong to you. It is the intention to move forward lighter, with less emotional dependency, with more energy and confidence in your sovereignty.
We - you - are a soul in a human body experiencing life on earth.
A courageous soul, a calm soul, an adventurous soul - you are love!
Inauthentic identities and personas influence our behaviour and decision making. They are prohibiting us from choosing more authentically and aligned with what we really want.
Beneath these roles sit fears and energetic limitations, that we can dissolve, to gain the courage to choose and behave differently - aligned with your soul plan.
This week focuses on
(1) Making peace with your identity at work (your last chapter) and with the people in it. Allowing yourself to forgive people, who you allowed to harm and hurt you (because we always give permission for them to do that).
Fell free to repeat the transformational journey to make peace with different work stations and different people in your life, which appear during the journey.
(2) Harmonising yourself with your Family Name, to begin carving your authentic path, while having transformed any limiting ties connected to your family name. Your can depend on yourself regardless of your name, family legacy, or family karma.
(3) Releasing any limiting beliefs and connections to your Role as a Sibling within your family. Enabling you to move forward with love for your family, while reclaiming your sovereignity.
As we have been conditioned with many alien beliefs and subconscious programming ๐งฉ, they have led you to choose and act unaligned to your true core ๐งญ.
Mis-alignment creates exhaustion, chaos, self-doubt and has finally led you to a point of no return๐ช. A place of honesty and humility from which you can move forward in peace ๐ค and with conscious awareness ๐ง ; once you begin to forgive yourself ๐ชถ and gently dissolve the pain that emerged during this experienceโจ.
This week, you are putting focus on regenerating and replenishing yourself ๐ฑ๐ง.
Freeing yourself from any self-judgement, or self-blame , which is wasting your time and preventing you from re-starting your journey from a place of love, peaceย and self-acceptance
You are also being asked to challenge yourself. To start training your self-awareness and become the master of your feelings and the director of your life movie.ย
Finally, you are harmonising yourself with the energies of the 4 elements water, earth, air and fire.
If these energies are out of balance, they can limit access to your life force as they are influencing our emotions, feelings and prevent us from following our path.
When in balance, you will feel more aligned and overall powerful and can access more of your life force to master your everyday life!

If we look closely at our need for ๐ recognition, pride, and superiority, we see that they are rarely random personality traits.
They are regulation strategies.
Strategies to avoid feeling shame.
Strategies to secure belonging.
Strategies to protect fragile self-worth from exposure.
Maintaining ๐ status requires constant comparison.
Constant reinforcement.
Constant vigilance. ๐๏ธ
And over time, we internalise the very standards that once judged us.
We begin to measure ourselves through them.
We begin to live in reaction to them.
This is where the drain begins.๐
โจEnergy that could move toward our actual path is redirected into maintaining an image.
Into protecting status.
Into preventing shame.
What looks like confidence can therefore be defence.
What looks like pride can be fear.
What looks like superiority can be protection.
The mechanism is simple:
When we allow others to shame us โ
and adopt their expectations as our own truth โ
we build identities around proving our worth โ That destabilises the core.
The equation becomes clearer ๐ข:
External approval as safety โ creates dependency
Dependency โ creates vigilance
๐๏ธ Vigilance โ drains life force๐
When we withdraw the permission to carry other peopleโs shame,
when we stop organising our identity around recognition, we regain ๐sovereignty.
And sovereignty stabilises self-worth.
Stable self-worth
= less emotional volatility
= more available energy
= clearer decisions
= alignment with what is actually ours to live.
What will you choose, if it doesn't matter to you, if nobody is looking and nobody cares? If the only pull from the inside is the want to create, regardless if it's accepted or neglected?
Are you open to surprise yourself? Or must it be something you thought of before? Your gifts may be already visible to you, but maybe they are also something that you pushed to the side... In this entire process, be aware of inner resistance and limitations. Inner push and pull. They are your guide posts towards what your heart really wants.
Time to exhale ๐ฌ๏ธ and pat yourself on the back! ๐
You did it! ๐ You consistently worked for at least 4 weeks (Module 1) of WeDeserve Alignment โ on transforming your subconscious, increasing your inner stability, focus and self-assurance.
Sometimes it might have felt tedious or demanding ๐ฎโ๐จ, because there is a lot to decondition from.
But hey โ this is hard evidence of your self-love ๐ and your strong will to change your reality.
YOU ARE CHANGING! ๐ฅ
Going inwards requires courage. ๐ฆ
Looking at your shadows ๐, admitting to yourself that a certain inner reality has created your outer reality โ sometimes this is a tough cookie ๐ช.
But you have also learned that shame and guilt are constructs designed to hold you back โ๏ธ.
The more we stick to these concepts โ chewing on emotions and feelings like bubble gum ๐ฌ โ the less progress we make and the longer it takes to change our reality.
With the last 4 weeks, you have not only transformed an immense number of limiting beliefs, programming and even trauma ๐ง โจ โ you have also started to get into the habit of:
confronting uncomfortable topics ๐ฌ
practicing the art of letting go while loving yourself ๐ค
You have trained your transformation muscle, so to speak ๐ชโจ

This initial room becomes the basis for feeling comfortable with yourself and steadfast. ๐ณ
And then - we start directing ๐ฌ what we want to happen โ on our own terms.
